Combining functionality, security and ease of use, this medical notes trolley features smart adjustable filing pocket storage, allowing healthcare teams to organise records efficiently while maintaining quick access during busy clinical workflows. The trolley accepts foolscap and X-ray filing pockets, with optional filing pockets available separately to suit different record-keeping requirements.

Security is provided by a lockable top with two keys per lock, keyed differently as required by NHS England. The hinged top opens to create additional workspace when required, while solid sides and base help protect stored documentation.

Built for demanding healthcare environments, the trolley features hygienic stainless steel handles, four removable storage trays, side storage for patient files, protective corner buffers and four 100mm braked castors for easy movement and secure positioning.
