Cytotoxic drugs spill kit provides a rapid and safe way to deal with spillages of cytotoxic drugs. Used mainly in the treatment of cancers, cytotoxic drugs are handled in outpatient areas, wards and pharmacies and regularly carried between these locations. Under current health and safety legislation it is essential for locations regularly handlings these drugs to have appropriate procedures in place to deal with spillages. The Cytotoxic drug spill kit uses granules to neutralise and absord spillages. This ensures that cytotoxic spillages can be safely cleaned and disposed of. The kit also includes scrapers and scoops, disposal bags and illustrated directions for use. The kit can deal with several drug spills depending on their size. It has been designed for intensive and regular use in busy hospitals, clinics and laboratories. Sold in quantities of ten packs per carton.
