Easyrail 450 Bed Grab Rail Twin Handle

The Easyrail 450 Bed grab rail is designed to fit beds where the mattress sits within a side frame, such as pine slatted beds. The Easyrail 450 is designed to make it easier for the user to get into and out of bed. The 450 model has a handle on both sides of the bed frame making it easy to get out of the bed from either side.

The Easyrail 450 model fits larger single beds with a minimum width of 38”/972mm, double beds, and kingsize beds (maximum bed width 62”/1575mm). If you do not require a handle on both sides of the bed, you should consider the Easyrail 250 model which fits on single beds right up to Kingsize beds but only has one handle.
