Whiteglove Delivery and Assembly - Premium Alternative to Doorstep delivery 

This enhanced delivery option is a white glove delivery and installation service & is available throughout the UK and Ireland excluding the Scottish Highlands and all Islands The enhanced delivery option is not eligible for refund once the service has been fulfilled. Please note that for installation services out of our scope for our own team we may outsource this service to a 3rd party logistics specialist.    Both services are subject to scheduling and availability and will increase lead times compared to our standard shipping methods by courier / haulage company.  Please contact us prior to placing an order for enhanced delivery for an estimate of time frame for enhanced delivery options in your post code as this will vary depending on who is carrying out the service and their schedule.

Which equipment cannot be delivered using this service?

For Room of choice delivery on larger items like pavement size and road size scooters, Adjustable beds, and medical couches customers should select the XL service here.
