This Optimise Contour Double pressure relief mattress is ideal for use on a double bed & is compatible with all bed types including divan, slatted base and electric profiling beds. Finished in a wipeable breathable cover, the mattress is suitable for for use with patients assessed as being at High Risk of developing pressure ulcers and for patients with an existing pressure ulcer subject to managed care. Manufactured from high-density combustion modified polyurethane, it features a castellated design, increasing the pressure redistributing properties of the mattress by increasing the surface contact area, reducing shear and friction.
